At Incarnate, we want to bring you the best possible care. What we offer is very unique and caters to the patient that is ready to learn and grow and heal. Therefore, we avoid being preferred providers which are largely selected randomly through a list of names. We will gladly print you a bill which you can send to your insurance carrier for reimbursement under your out of network chiropractic coverage.
Payment is expected at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks and credit cards. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give as much notice as possible so that we may offer your appointment to someone else.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment so we will be able to give you all of the time allotted for your visit.
If you will be late or need to cancel your appointment, please call and give us as much notice as possible. This will allow us to offer your appointment to someone else.
Repeated missed appointments will be billed at the normal rate. Thank you for your consideration.
